I have submitted 3 sync times, 00:00 08:00 16:00 UTC Relative to 18:00 Dream Time.
Alone Amidst the Stars Mission has players do at least 3 points to see the one who lurks on the Anomly in some instances.

The next sync time is one exact minute from when I come back from lunch. I hope SYSTEM doesn’t mind a blurry phone photo. 
I’ll nab a Steam screenshot too just in case

I am aiming to submit three, but at different synch points, so have done a 00:00 and 16:48 so far.

I wonder if System is hoping to get at least one timestamp submission from each operator, or as many as possible to give decent coverage of the galaxy we are spread around?

Well here’s some interesting data from a handful of separate entries. It does appear that everyone experiences in-game time at roughly the same rate, based on UTC time.
UTC Midnight for example, outputs 6PM game time.
I did a test of my own to see how closely we can really calculate the times in-game based on UTC and just as The Architect helped us understand, it’s dead-on:

I’ve been busy playing the game all day and didn’t pay attention here, it looks like there has been some progress. Can I submit times for any hour of the day or is it limited to the 4 hour intervals I’m seeing here. If it’s not, I can send some data now.
Final submission from my window portal planet, will set off to the pole on the only other planet in this system now.

16-minute intervals. The next one is in 6 minutes ( xx:36) - grab your in-game time at that moment and send it in to The Architect!
