I’m not sure if you can find corvette modules in the containers while exploring Derelict Freighters, but you can come away with a handful at the very end.
There is a new option at the end of Derelict Freighters.
You can request the fabrication of a Corvette Module as your reward choice from the final terminal.
The terminal also has a new menu layout of two choices,
the three rewards (freighter cargo upgrade, freighter tech upgrade, corvette modules) are behind the first choice in a sub menu
the second is the option to receive nanites instead
