I have sent 8 emails all requesting a specific prime number. I was led to believe that I would receive and email back but have not . When I check the dream recall terminal it says “memory not yet logged in tower” so I assume it is available still. Could someone tell me if there is a specific format or wording that needs to be included. I am confused.

you need to choose a prime that has not been used and simply request it .
I selected System from the drop down search under add users
you should be able to just tap the link above and use the chart here to choose an unused prime.
I assume primes are still being handed out but I am not sure. It could take some time.
Oh I see…if you click the link for the email here in the forum, it should open in your personal email. Then you will compose a normal email. It won’t work as a personal message here in the forum.

Yes. Just use your personal email
It is indeed just a regular email address which you are intended to use with your own email client. Our forum does not have an email system (only Direct Messaging).
Whether it automatically opens your email client for recognising it as an email address or not depends on your platform and settings.
I suggest to just copy the address, open your own email client and use it there to send an email to it. Make sure to include your Operator ID (username used), your preferred prime number (preferably a prime value still available). And possibly use some roleplay around it all in requesting your window from Project Skyscraper system. Email response may take a moment, give it a day or two.

Ah I see where you got confused, you were trying to message @system on the discourse forum? Thats just the bog standard Discourse Forum auto-moderator but a few people have accidentally correlated the two during the ARG.
Makes me wish the PM’s behind the ARG went with a better name for the AI we interact with than “System”

It’s a human person playing the role of the System NPC so you may not get an email immediately if they’re not clocked in for the day, but I would say folk usually get a response to their Prime number request within 48 hours
