I think maybe they are self replicating/growing terraforming tech.

Orange/yellow sky with green grass, lovely. Very pleasing on the eyes.

Do you live in a pastel watercolor? Your pics are always so soft and cuddly.

I was thinking they’re some sort of failed bio-botanical colonization…
Something related to the great sentinel war because the crashed satelites (with the currupt sentinels) also have that flashing ‘out-of-order’ writing.

@SingularGleam I have to confess that my first thought on seeing your photo was the Beatles song. Sorry. :joy:

Nice, space station.

Wouldn’t it be cool if we could claim these derelict stations and fix 'em up!

It would be cool enough if we could “just” explore them :stuck_out_tongue:

The Community Event sent me here today.
There is something unnerving about meeting a bunch of Vy’Keen in the dark.

Also an event planet

Agreed. These derelict stations would be a perfect vehicle for small procedural dungeons, pirate bases or monstrosity infestations; all the things of adventure building.

I’m visiting a lot of lush, looking for a new planet for the starbulb farm. So far no winners :upside_down_face:

Interesting times in the Nexus today. The Community Event yielded some unexpected results.
The Event started off normal enough,

I found myself in a group, which was fine since the mission involved destroying sentinels and depots.
The mission took us to my home system. And then, the group stayed. I am okay with this. As I stood aboard my Freighter, they called theirs into the system. Maybe I jumped, maybe I ran, but I suddenly found myself in a dangerous place.

Back on the planet, I could hear over the comms, the progress they were making on their new base.

I decided to check out the results of their labor.

I was a little confounded by this

Oh well, I guess I now have neighbors. We will see how this goes.
