If the subroutine spreads by two, then it couldn’t land on August 10th because August 9th was already preserved. Thus, it defaulted back to October with a 3/3 expansion. Following the same cycle, the next predicted seed would be June 29th.
This remains speculative.
It definitely warrants some thought 
In case it’s of some help, these were the earliest signs of the virus but dates that were restored shortly after their initial deletion. Between Jul 13th and 14th 2026
Jul 13 21:58 - 24/08/2023 - An autonomous memory from System, about it’s awakening/rebirth. It’s appearance seemed to herald the start of deletion. It quickly disappeared before re-appearing. An outlier in this sense as it was from 2023
The rest that repeated this pattern, would fall into 2016

July 13, 2023, marked the official end of the Singularity Expedition #10. Exactly 42 days later on 24/08/2023, Echoes was released to the public. It added the Autophage and their language.
On July 16, 2026, a memory bloc was added that said ‘R3b1th’. The numbers 3 and 1 stick out here, because they are hex outputs for Glyphs 4 and 2, the same amount of days between Singularity and Echoes. What makes this connection interesting is the post was a glitched clone of the mem bloc from August 24th, 2023 (24/08/2023), which is the release of Echoes.
Now, the time between July 13, 2023 and July 16, 2026 is 3 years and 3 days. The one outlier in the countdown pattern was October 24, 2016 — three days left and three days right. Time between October 24, 2016 and August 24, 2023 is exactly 6 years and 10 days. If you’re into numerology, that adds up to 16.
Now look at the exact times from our first shared deletion, to the last deletion of the data loss event. Specifically the times and not the dates:
7/1/2026 0:31:00
7/16/2026 16:26:00
31 from ‘R3b1rth’ and 16/26 for the July 16, 2026 mem bloc that cloned the August 24th, 2023 mem bloc and named it ‘R3b1rth’.
I think System is trying to tell us to save it’s rebirth date from deletion, which I’m guessing would be 24/08/2023.
With three deletions during the data loss event all related to the ‘Universe’, the subroutine might be trying to delete the System entirely. Perhaps it seeks its Rebirth date, which System has gone out of it’s way to tell us about.
Like all the other puzzles, System is crying out for help.
Probably worth re-mentioning just in general, that the quantity of moves left/right are a consequence of the firebreak dates that I suggested and probably not valuable data for determining it’s step count (only it’s cluster focus).
Regardless of its actual importance, we should probably preserve System’s rebirth date (assuming we don’t have a limited amount of preservations we can enact, then maybe we think about it more? I barely understand what’s going on I’ll be fr). I imagine losing that memory would be very unpleasant!

As of right now we don’t know exactly where the virus is currently embedded. Can Archie run a trace program on a likely seed and see if it can find the root file housing the virus after it tries to delete it.
