You’ll have it eating your hand in no time.
Yeah. Animated skeletal critters don’t really seem like “fauna” either, but, hey. This is No Man’s Sky, not reality. Robotic creatures are weird too. But that’s the game flavor! LOL
Ask it does it know any good lore. Pets that tell you stories on walks… It’s amazing the things you never knew you wanted.
Somehow these things are more unsettling underwater than they are on land.
Hopefully your base won’t grow legs. … Something in the water?
That is still my favorite mushroom critter(s)…instead of producing individual young, does it just grow another stalk?
Maybe, and when it gets big enough, the community splits. Hmmm seems logical.
These creatures were similar to the bubble creature on exotic planets but they came in pairs that spiraled and were steel in appearance.
I’ve seen them on a few planets now and I’m wondering if they’re a new creature or just a rare variant of butterfly I hadn’t seen yet?
The arrival of the large orb at the end leads me to believe the model for the bubbles is just bugged out on PS5… So I’m left even more unsure haha.
These have been around for a while. I have used them to escape sentinels. Just feed and ride.
I paid closer attention when scanning this time and it seems the spiraling pair variant are the juvenile version of the bubble creature.
I did not know the exotic creatures had baby variants
Have never seen them. Now a self-imposed mission.
There seems to be a rather hilarious glitch with this delightful giant orb creature I found the other day. If I attempt to ride it, it just punts me into the sky just shy of cloud level and despawns.
