I’m waiting for the mod that spawns random biological horrors on your freighter every now and then… Thinking of which, that would be another thing for my list of “fun things to happen to frigates”. A frigate picks up some eggs, the crew gets eaten by fiends, and you have to fly out to it and clean up the infestation to reclaim the frigate. Damn, if only NMS had a scripting API…

Derelict Freighter in space?

@caphe: I changed the category for this topic to ‘NMS Beyond - Help A Fellow Traveler’ Hopefully we will be able to get some action with those freighters with a future update. I can imagine all kinds of cool things they could do with them.

Think scripting events would be easier now?
