I’m an avid gamer and have been for decades. I have thousands of hours poured into a variety of games - MGSV (9,000 hours) is my record. I’ve written mods for Skyrim and absolutely love decent survival games (Green Hell, The Forest, Ark: Survival Evolved, Subnatica, The Long Dark). Other favourites include Darksiders II, Sniper Elite 4, Styx Master of Shadows, Dishonored, Everspace, Life is Strange, Cossacks III, RDR 2, Thief, Assassins Creed, The Witcher, etc.

I’m also (or rather have been) a very successful chess player and achieved great heights playing many chess variants and used to play blindfold chess against up to 8 opponents (and mostly win them all). There was a point in my life where I literally breathed, ate and slept chess.
My party trick is that I have a photographic memory for long strings of numbers - ironically I think my record was about 350 but I can’t exactly remember
I also used to have a great love of science fiction and fantasy books - I absolutely have to recommend ‘The chronicles of Thomas Covenant’ by Stephen R Donaldson and ‘Emergence’ by David R Palmer. Both are fantastic reads.
