I will require “proof” that you already own the game – this is easiest for those of you who’ve got lots of vids already (like @LPlaysGaming) – before I send ANYone any files at all; AND a “digitally-signed” MoA (e.g. attesting to “fair use” for comparison play vids etc) as an agreement NOT to share such files on to anyone else.
(If you NMS, this will be a no-brainer to you.)

Full DigiSig = will be discussed with you via Private Message, but will constitute part of the “proof of ownership” (of NMS) required, before any files can be sent.

No exceptions, no excuses. If you don’t already own NMS, you ain’t getting 1.0x.

Should anyone from Hello Games declare this use or offering to be unfair, then I will, at their request/instruction, cease & desist such sharing / offer. I suspect that I am making the best effort to remain within bounds of copyright, in the sense of providing a “backup copy” of an OLD version of the game, at zero profit to myself, no loss to Hello Games, and only to those “qualified” individuals who have given proofs of ownership of NMS since or prior to any of the 4 major updates so far. Current NMS owners obvs have nothing to fear by this, if they’re already “legal” (& registered) owners of the software.

Furthermore, you are responsible for backing up your own Save Game and/or latest version game files!! I/We accept no responsibility for any loss or damage to your existing Save Games or content, should you request and subsequently receive & use the “Vanilla NMS” files offered here; your agreement & acceptance of this term is implicit from the moment we agree to send you “Vanilla NMS” files.
