Looking at the pdf, it mentions that usage is exceeding 100PB, with current usage being 115PB. Compared to the available plans on myriad-70, this would match a LEVEL 3 plan.

Into the About section, there is a question about Remote Radiation Transmission feature.
This feature is not present in the Network section.

With all these people for whatever reason voting on **80** , the percentage is going up, with at the same time the download percentage for the file going up.
