# Joining game modes

Hi guys, I’ve inhabited like two systems as home for the last 5 years in various modes and just noticed that my perma/survival/ normal bases in my 4 profiles have all appeared in one mode. Just wondering if everything’s merged or if it’s a bug?

@dersvr : I have added a suitable topic category 😉
Game modes have indeed merged due to changing to difficulty settings, but not all modes. Perma Death and Expeditions should still be separate, while Survival, Normal, and Creative are all the same now.
