Reminds me of a glitch I shared here a long time ago where EVERYTHING was dark & except for the ambient glowing mist. Spooky as.

Yes. Landing pads lights in space station were the only one working, darkness everywhere else.

@sheralmyst Have you checked your GTAO (Ground Truth Ambient Occlusion) settings? See if changing it, if available, helps at all?

Have tried every setting. It seems to affect a different aspect of the shadows. It seems to flip shadow to light and light to shadow so I am keeping it off for now .  
This low-light situation is different. It’s almost like there is no reflective light
