Like the title says, trying to leave the galaxy is a death trap. Literally, upon reaching the galaxy center, I prepped 20 repair kits to fix my ship and multi-tool just in case, but what was waiting for me on the other side left me horrified. I ended up back on the expedition’s starting planet with both my multi-tool and ship completely wrecked… The only thing that survived (and only because I used it to warp) was my pirate freighter. I’m practically back to square one trying to repair my gear however I can, because this is just not fun anymore. There are no other galaxies besides Euclid… Euclid is everything now. Along the way, I ran into translucent NPC Travelers who said their homes and galaxies no longer existed, and I didn’t believe them… Well, it’s true: once you cross the center, you just go from Euclid to Euclid, and as a punishment, everything gets broken. Yeah, if you tell us a time range and which and how many resources you need to at least get flying and scanning again, we could meet you on that planet? Wiring Looms and…? ---

Don’t worry, fortunately I had plenty of resources to repair it and since my cargo ship was not damaged I jumped from system to pirate system buying repair kits to fix what I didn’t have in materials. ---

It seems like I heard someone else say there is no other galaxy inside this expedition. Sounds terrible. I am glad it seems like you recovered ---

Thanks for the heads up! Alternative might be to leave by way of the Anomaly’s Teleporter. Choice of galaxy is extremely limited. Look through the Featured bases. I just went to the Butterfly House which is in Kikolgallr Galaxy, warped to a couple of other systems there, and came back. ---

In my new save for the expedition I have visited the featured base in Isdoriajung (sp?) and from there travelled away to find a less travelled region, set up a base there before going back to the expedition region in Euclid. I have been able to go back and forth between those two galaxies. So we cannot core jump it seems, I am also collecting glyphs as I find travellers or random graves. ---
