Same. Not sure if I would build. Is this all in creative? Or all game modes.
I was thinking of gathering goodies to give away. Stacks of x upgrades(transferable nanites and worm eggs. Things that are hard to get in the game. Worm hole generators would meet that category, but I don’t have that.

You are free to build in any regular game mode (creative/normal/survival), as we are not using perma death (separate universe).
I’ll invite you over, even if just to prepare your stash of give-away goodies in storage. Who knows you can actually turn it into a build as it fits the theme, or find time to come up with something else. Others can possibly contribute by sharing items with you for this purpose?

Hmm, Not sure if Im going to build. I would need to start a new save since my main save is near the build limit, or delete old builds. There is also the issue with free time to have something built in time. if I build anything, it would be small, like a shrine or monument.

Permadeath bases are visible on other modes, but you can only see permadeath bases in permadeath mode.
Im somewhat tempted to build one in PD so that should anyone take the hard route to the celebrations, theres something there for them too.
I highly doubt anyone will actually do this, hence the trepidation on my part to even bother but it might be another caveat that draws players of that ilk in. What do you guys think? Worth the bother?

Personally, I would not be bothered, as I do not see myself switch to PD during the event. I doubt you’ll find many other visitors who will, unless there is good reason to do so (other than dress to get killed for the occasion)
